2024 New Partner Announcement Empire CPA is proud to announce the admission of Navjoat Dhaliwal, CPA, CGA as a partner of the firm, effective January 2024.

Effective November 1, 2020, Gilmour Group, Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs), have merged with EPR Maple Ridge Langley, Chartered Professional Accountants (now Empire CPA), increasing our presence in the Langley market through enhanced service offerings that will benefit both new and existing corporate clients.
Gilmour Group CPAs has been providing specialized accounting, tax, and advisory services to local and international corporate clients, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution sector, since 1994. Their international tax expertise and experience regarding the Scientific and Experimental Development (SR&ED) claims process represents a significant step forward in helping Empire CPA expand its core service offerings and achieve its longer-term strategic objectives.
