We are looking to hire an Assurance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to provide advisory and assurance services directly to the firm’s clients and partners. Reporting directly to the firm’s partners, the Assurance Manager will be a vital member of the management team, serve as a leader to the firm’s junior staff, and will employ their previous experience and expertise to deliver exceptional value to clients. This role is primarily based out of our Maple Ridge office, with travel to our other offices as needed.

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

  • CPA, CA designation with a minimum of 2 years experience as an assurance manager within a professional’s services firm environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor multiple complex engagements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute client engagements across different industries and sectors
  • Lead and manage accounting, assurance, and tax engagements, such as audits, reviews, compilations, and personal/corporate tax compliance

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, professional services firm environment
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business or finance preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite
  • Ability to multi-task a variety of projects daily with high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
