Navjoat joined Empire CPA (formerly EPR CPA) in September 2013 and obtained his CGA designation in 2015. He officially became a partner in January 2024. Navjoat provides accounting and advisory services to small- to medium-sized businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals. 

His goal is to provide professional quality services, develop client relationships and maximize personal and corporate success through strategic tax planning.

Outside the office, Navjoat officiates ice hockey and enjoys playing numerous sports, including football and golf.
